Syed Fahad Subzwari, Director - Operations Support at ibex., was invited as one of the Keynote Speakers in “Round Table Conference on Customer Service and Sales Sector” held at Marriott Hotel, Karachi. It was organized by Skill Development Council & TAF Foundation to get insights of the algorithms of Customer Service and Sales Sector and, where Fahad Subzwari threw light on the BPO sector of Pakistan and how it is reshaping the wheel of some industries and jobs while sharing his experience for being associated with it for so long.
